PAFP Foundation
The PAFP Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to improving the health of every Pennsylvanian, generating resources to foster innovative strategies and programs in education, research and philanthropy consistent with the values of family medicine.
About the Foundation
The PAFP Foundation has grown significantly since its inception in 1985. Remaining dedicated to its mission, the PAFP Foundation funds programs to educate and attract medical students to family medicine, administers continuing medical education (CME) programs to increase the knowledge and skills of family physicians and other primary care providers, and collaborates with both state and community organizations on a wide variety of public health initiatives.
The PAFP Foundation, through its innovative programs and initiatives, keeps the future of family medicine alive and well in Pennsylvania. By supporting the foundation, each donor has direct input in strengthening family medicine and fostering improved health care for all Pennsylvanians.
