All membership data about PAFP members is recorded and stored at the AAFP level, so all changes must be requested through the AAFP. (Remember, membership is unified, so all AAFP members are automatically members of their state chapters. In Pennsylvania, that's the PAFP. We're the fourth largest chapter in the country!)

To Make Changes Online on the AAFP Site
To update your membership information (change of address, new email, etc.) please "Update Your Profile" on the AAFP website. You will need to log in on the AAFP site to access this page.

To Change Your State Chapter Membership

If you are relocating to another state and wish to transfer your membership, please visit the "Chapter Relocation" site on the AAFP website.
