As it always has, PAFP strives to bring together physician subject matter experts, thought leaders and solution providers to energize, empower and educate.
Our CME conferences feature speakers who offer practical guidance and specific lessons-learned/takeaways that enable attendees to apply this information immediately in practice.
Every year PAPF hosts several in-person CME conferences. 2026’s schedule:
- Spring FM Essentials CME Summit – April 4, 2026, Bethlehem, PA Application Submission Deadline December 15, 2025
- Summer SEA-M-E Conference – June 7 - 11, 2026, Dewey Beach, DE Application Submission Deadline January 15, 2026
- The Fall 2026 Summits will consist of three 1/2-day sessions focusing solely on Opioid/Pain Management and Child Protection CME. If you would like to apply for one of these, please do so below. The exact locations will be listed after August 20.
- October 3, 2026, in the Valley Forge area. Application Submission Deadline June 15, 2026
- October 10, 2026, in the Harrisburg/Lancaster area. Application Submission Deadline June 15, 2026
- October 31, 2026, in the Pittsburg area. Application Submission Deadline June 15, 2026
SPEAKER’S PACKAGE

Honorarium
- One room for one evening at the host facility at the lowest group rate (If travelling at least 40 miles one way) It is the responsibility of the individual to make his/her own travel arrangements.
- Mileage allowance at IRS current rate; $450 max on flight expenses, plus ground travel.
- Meals for the 24-hour period up to $75. Meal expenses above $75 will not be reimbursed. Faculty should participate in the attendee conference meals.

Submission of an application does not guarantee a speaking spot at a PAFP conference. PAFP reserves the right to decline any speaker application at its sole discretion.
