PUBLIC HEALTH AWARD
In recognition of the highest level of commitment to improving the health of individuals, communities and regions, and advancing the field of public health, this award is given to physicians who demonstrate a commitment to advancing quality health care for all, focusing on issues of access, equity and inclusion. The PAFP's Public Health Award recognizes important contributions family physicians make to improving community health at the state or local levels.
