General Gift Donation: Your direct donation will support our mission and focus on areas of the greatest need including patient quality improvement programs.
Tribute/Memorial Donation: Want to show your appreciation for a family physician that has helped you or a family member? Say thank you by donating to the PAFP Foundation to help physicians make a difference in the lives of others. Tribute/Memorial gifts are thoughtful ways to commemorate and honor physicians who have made a difference.
You may wish to use a Tribute Gift to honor your family physicians, or recommend your physician as PAFP Foundation's Physician of the Year. Names of those honored are published in the PAFP Foundation Magazine and a notification is promptly sent to the person or family in whose name your gift is given.
Scholarship Donation: Interested in helping to support medical students who are interested in Family Medicine. By donating $599, you can send one family medicine student to the National AAFP Conference to meet family medicine leaders and educators from across the nation.
In Kind Donation:
