Key items introduced in Pa. House
Two key PAFP legislative agenda items have been introduced in the Pa. House of Representatives. State Rep. Clint Owlett has introduced House Bill 533 that would improve the credentialing process for physicians and address unwarranted delays by health insurers. And House Minority Insurance Committee Chairman Tony DeLuca has introduced House Bill 601 designed to render non-compete clauses in health care employment contracts null and void. The PAFP strongly supports both measures.
