The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Civil Procedural Rules Committee has proposed amending the current rules and allow medical liability lawsuits to move outside of the county where the alleged malpractice occurred. After that deadline, the proposal with go to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court for consideration. Members are encouraged to write, fax, or email the committee before Feb. 22.
