As Pennsylvania’s medical marijuana program continues to provide patients with treatments for many conditions, new research suggests Americans’ “rosy view” of the drug may not match up with reality. Reuters reports in a recent survey, adults believe cannabis is responsible for benefits that haven’t been proven; some believe “legal” automatically means “safe.”
