PAFP recruiting practices for asthma project
|
The PAFP is recruiting practices in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties for an asthma quality improvement project. The data-driven project aims to improve asthma control among pediatric patients with asthma through education, training, and technical assistance for primary care practices. The project will connect practices with local resources and provide a collaborative learning environment that helps practices learn from each other. Participating practices receive a free lunchtime CME webcast and workshop, free EHR technical assistance, and a $1,000 stipend for the practice for their first month of asthma data. Interested practices contact Lindsey Killian.
