Pennsylvania residency program faculty have created a Speakers Bureau and will present lectures and workshops to medical students interested in family practice. FMIG and ACOFP leaders are welcome to use the Speakers Bureau to help schedule events.
Please review the lectures and workshops, and directly contact the program to invite the speaker to your school. Please prepare the following information before you call:
- Make sure you have at least two different potential dates and please give faculty plenty of advance notice when possible.
- Have some suggestions about the setting for the lecture or workshop. Many are perfect for lunch or dinner lectures, but some workshops may need a different venue.
- Estimate how many students will attend the activity.
If you need further information, please don’t hesitate to contact Academy Liaison to Residents and Students, Molly Talley.
